The Builder
Primont's story begins in 1956 Italy, where founder John Montesano started as a bricklayer at 13. After immigrating to Canada in 1960, he built his first GTA home in 1971. Primont was incorporated in 1975 and has since delivered over 5,000 homes.
Today the company is led by John's children — Joe, Lore, and Charles — continuing the family tradition of craftsmanship and genuine care. Cornerstone by Primont is the next chapter.
